Terms and conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of the Doppio Zero Al Fresco Competition (“the Competition”) is Doppio Zero, referred to in these terms and conditions as “the Promoter”.
2. Competition Period
The Competition runs from 1 November 2026 until 31 January 2027, both dates inclusive. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Customers must spend R600 or more in a single transaction at any participating Doppio Zero restaurant during the Competition Period to qualify for entry.
3.2. To enter, customers must visit the designated Competition website at [insert website URL], complete the online entry form with the required details, and upload a clear and legible copy of their valid till slip as proof of purchase.
3.3. The till slip must clearly reflect the participating restaurant, transaction date and qualifying spend of R600 or more.
3.4. Multiple entries are permitted during the course of the promotion. Customers may enter more than once, provided that each entry is supported by a separate, qualifying transaction and a corresponding till slip. Each qualifying till slip may only be submitted once.
3.5. Transactions cannot be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement. A single transaction must meet or exceed R600 to qualify.
3.6. Incomplete entries, illegible till slips, duplicate submissions, fraudulent entries or entries that do not meet the qualifying criteria will be disqualified.
3.7. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their entry and uploaded proof of purchase are successfully submitted before the Competition closes.
4. The Prize
4.1. Four eligible entranties will win a weekend away for two people at Babylonstoren in the Western Cape, South Africa (“the Prize”).
4.2. The prize stay dates are secured for 26 – 28 February 2027. Check-in on Friday 26 February and check-out on Sunday the 28th of Februation 2027.
4.3. The prize includes accommodation, meals, activities, transport and will be confirmed with the winners.
4.4. The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be substituted for another prize.
4.5. Any expenses not expressly included in the confirmed prize package will be for the winner’s own account.
4.6. The winner and their companion must be available to travel and take up the Prize during 26-28 February 2027. Failure to accept or use the Prize within the specified period may result in forfeiture.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
5.2. The draw will take place on 1 Feb 2026.
5.3. The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied on the entry form and may be required to provide their original till slip and proof of identity for verification.
5.4. If the selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not meet the entry requirements, or fails to accept the Prize within the period specified by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with applicable competition requirements.
5.5. The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the Competition will be final and no further correspondence will be entered to.
6. Eligibility
6.1. The Competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Eligible winners must provide valid identification documentation in order to claim the prize.
6.2. Employees of the Promoter, its participating franchisees, agencies, suppliers directly involved in administering the Competition, and their immediate family members may not enter.
6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
7. Personal Information
7.1. Personal information submitted through the Competition website will be processed for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging fulfilment of the Prize.
7.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
7.3. Any marketing communications consent will be requested separately where required and will not be a condition of entering the Competition.
8. General
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition if deemed necessary.
8.2. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical failures, incomplete online submissions or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
8.3. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
8.4. This Competition is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9. Acceptance
Participation in the Doppio Zero Al Fresco Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions
