All our items are freshly prepared daily and ready to serve when collected or delivered

Lead times

Please note – most of our items require a lead time of 24 hours to prepare them for you. Should you need something in less than that time frame – please contact the relevant restaurant and the manager will advise what they can do for you.

Ordering – Collection or delivery

COLLECTION: Should you be collecting your order please follow the following steps:

  • Select ‘collection’
  • Choose your restaurant
  • Select a date a minimum of 24 hours in advance
  • Select your preferred hour time slot for that date
  • Choose your dishes and complete your payment

Your order will then be ready for collection at the time and date selected.

DELIVERY: Should you need your order to be delivered please follow the following steps:

  • Select ‘delivery’
  • Enter your delivery address
  • Select a date a min of 24 hours in advance
  • Select your preferred hour time slot for that date
  • Choose your dishes and complete your payment

Your order will then be delivered to your chosen address at the time and date selected.

I want to update the details of My Account. How should I go about doing this?

Click on the My Account tab on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be directed to your account details. Scroll down to find your account information. Click ‘edit’ next to ‘contact information’, then change your details as needed, followed by clicking on the ‘save’ button to ensure your details are changed. – please update this based on our process.

Payment

Payment is done via a secure third party and no refunds will be issued.

Delivery

During the lock-down delivery will be run via our staff at a cost of R25.We are trying our best to plan routes and schedules to assist in getting the food to each customer in the delivery time requested. No liability will be accepted by the restaurant for any items that are late or not correctly delivered.
